Our unsettled mind causes us to be at unrest, agitated, and continually emotionally, turbulent in our affairs. We ‘think’ we are supposed to be doing something, getting something, being something, or at the very least, comparing what we do have with the lot of another. No. All is perfect just as it is. Nothing could be any better or different. This is it! All of it. When we refuse to take the lot of our designated pool, we sublimate the diamonds for dross. Our un- excavated talent lies repressed beneath the bitter words of “what will it take to make it happen for me?” Answer: Acceptance of what is.

Delirious Passion
WE have no control over who we will be attracted to! Our bodies have a mind of its own and will not be deterred. Passion demands satisfaction in freedom of expression and will not be thwarted in its single minded objection. Passion has no loyalty or sense of duty. It follows what it wants to simply because it wants to. To try to subvert or diminish its natural tendencies merely results in crippling anxiety and mental unrest.
