Much to our chagrin, we take for granted our surroundings which are energetically encased by walls. So busily engaged in whatever pursuit, we forget to notice the enigmatic closure surrounding us. Harboring and shielding us from the harsh elements of comprised reality, the interlocking intimacy they provide reaches beyond any other meaningful relationship we aspire to. They conform to our idiosyncrasies without complaint. Our insufferable moods and erratic behaviors are are absolved without question or comment Within these sacred walls-witnessing many diverse disagreements and elevated escapades-they hold us in the bowels of their protective provision, while we are formed and broken. Walls observe silently as commitments are sealed and others are dissolved. Stories of life, laughter and love are continuously absorbed, refracted and reflected. We need embrace their exquisite beauty, structure and form, as the vitally embalmed part of the living environment of our present bumbling endeavor. They whisper incalculable, unobtrusive, wisdom if we are humble and courteous enough to listen.
