Disguised Concern
We all nefariously pretend. {Pretend to care, to be interested, to be listening, to be supportive} But, in reality, we are always looking at the end result and just how it may benefit us in some way. Nothing too shocking in that realization; greed, competition, comparison and gluttony are embedded deeply within human nature. However, there is another vain self-deception far worse which plays havoc with our minds: the insidious culprit waits patiently, ready to lunge in attack unsuspectingly, as soon as we deny the existence of such grievous traits. While we dramatically parade a paradoxical show of niceness in exchange of authenticity, we lose a little self-respect. It matters for one’s words to be in tune with one’s heart.

Distorted Memories
Nothing is ever as it seems. Certainly not when one recalls an event. The myriad circumstances involved in various memories, evolve and diffuse, as does the one who tells the story. The specific details surrounding the situation of the long since forgotten relayed memory depends upon the motivation of the person. The tale always takes on the interpreted flavored frame of mind of the biased storyteller

Doodling Dobene
On very special occasions, we can make contact with a part of our being which defies imagination. Every stroke of an artist’s pen, brush, chisel, and chosen snap shot of the camera reveals its owner. Doodling unmasks a raring spirit that wants to be heard. Let him/her out.

Drawn and Quartered
Our lives, fraught with problems and issues, no matter, if we spend them blistering our fingers, as a farm hand in a tobacco field, or blabbering as a smooth talking executive on Wall Street, sustains us. Until we are able to face-whatever it is- that prevents us from moving onto another level of realizing those matters (disguised scenarios) simply don’t concern us in the least. Our indifference and disinterest scares the shit out of us and is much harder to deal with than the ‘smoke screen’ curtains we continually hang to shield us from the self-generated truth of not being drawn and quartered any longer. Sometimes, the dramatized, exhausted exterior screams for recognition but we simply turn away crying wolf in a defense to distract us! Battered and worse for wear, we all suffer-while we play the part so well-through the debilitating difficulties of living as a clueless, victimized human being. Our refusal to admit and release the accumulation of NO LONGER ENTERTAINING {seen that/done that} out-dated emotional baggage seems to smear and distort many convincing, crippling layers to our worn-thin psyches. Truth remains: We need de-ass and move on. Leave the past in the past; it has already left us.

Ebbing of the Mind
Our character is unimpeachable; though, at times, it may appear we give in to certain ideas of others. We are demonstrably driven by a infallible universal spirit of willful demarcation. There are just some things we will NOT do or activities we refuse to partake in. Its a personal bias which cannot be explained or exploited. Call it a mindset or the BRAINS PARITICULAR SYNAPSE FIRING. Its just the way it is.

Edge of the World
We all live on the edge of the world! No matter where one resides, he/she is constantly making choices; some, of which are arbitrary, some not. No matter. We still doubt ourselves, wonder if we should have done this, that or the other. The fact is: “What IS:IS!” Nothing could be any different. {Senseless to we ‘rake ourselves over the coals’ in the meantime.} We are always standing over the abyss. Isn’t that the way an artist thrives?

Ego’s Entertainment
Struggle is nothing short of exaggerated drama. Short-lived, pathetic unsupervised, wanton vomit coated whining. Pitifully staged, yes; hopelessly stupid, yes, ego-driven to keep you distracted, disgruntled and unavailable; absolutely, positively yes! The point of this long-winded attempt you display merely exhausts your vital life-sustaining sacred sexual energy which could be used in so many more productive artistic ways of beneficial pursuit. How about writing a song, painting a picture, composing music, inventing something useful?

Embrace The Day
Moments in an ordinary day become extraordinary when embraced in full consciousness. We are, at all times, imbued with deliberate serenity waiting to be absorbed and enjoyed. Breathe in that which defines and exhilarates.

Emotional Deluge
We do not know a thing about exchanging the personal for the impersonal. We yearn for the drama attached to being either exalted or ignored. Makes no difference which experience; both provide the ego with a wallop of dismantled fuel in order to feel so unique. We believe the world revolves around our needs, desires, and interests. We need to know we’re acknowledged, appreciated, valued and made to feel special. In other words, we feel entitled. Get over it! Whoever told you, you were special, lied. Truth is: we’re all doing time in space-spiraling round this thing called life-as clueless, curious, eager souls. We want to learn more, experience freely, understand better, embrace completely and accept unconditionally. It takes a lot of living to appreciate that reality.

Emotional Descent
Emotion is a parasite. We cling, identify, harbor, resent, refuse to let go, grieve, lust, aspire, decline and distort our relationships. Most often times unable to see the ‘good in the bad’. Down under..

Euphoric Collision
Knowledge is not wisdom. Many things can be learned by parroting the words through books, ‘rote and drill’. But, when you have not experienced the words you are speaking, they have not evolved into wisdom. On very rare occasions, we are all offered the vitally necessary portal of expansive contradictory paths into a wilderness prepared for our eyes, only. Embrace those ineffable events without needed explanation!

Exhaustion
Stop running! Rest when you are tired, eat when you are hungry and laugh for no reason. These are the secrets to a long, happy productive life. Knowing when to wait and when to jump is linked to the inseparable joining of the soulï¿¿s intent to recognize what is paramount in the moment. Distraction forever pervades each moment. Awareness is the key to eliminate the confusion.
